HR Summer Picnic
Our annual Holy Redeemer picnic will be in Saturday, July 26 from 11AM- 3 PM. It will be at Holy Redeemer. It will also be an opportunity to meet our new principal, Susan Chan. There will be food and games for children.
Everyone is invited. We invite parishioners, school alumni, friends and our school children and their families.
Estate of Jane Krumrine
In 2021, Holy Redeemer received two checks from the estate of Jane Krumrine totaling $443,874.01. Jane was a friend of our deceased parishioner Anna Jung and the donations were made in honor of Anna. This week we received one additional check for $4729.34. This is the final distribution and last estate donation. Please pray for Jane Krumrine and Anna Jung and all of our benefactors. This check was deposited in the school account.
Blue Bell Country Club Swim Day
Our annual outing to the Blue Bell Country Club will be Monday, July 7. More information and sign up sheets will be available in a few weeks.
Chinatown History
PCDC is creating a Chinatown History Exhibit, set to open in April 2026. As part of this effort, PCDC will set up a table on Sunday, June 29th, outside Holy Redeemer Church from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stop by to share your Chinatown and Holy Redeemer stories and memories.
If you have old photos you’d like to digitize, bring them along—PCDC staff will be available to scan them for you. You’re also welcome to bring historical items or artifacts related to Chinatown, or leave your contact information at the table so PCDC can follow up with you.
The history of Holy Redeemer is an essential part of the history of Chinatown.
